Tarvos Talent is seeking a contract-to-hire Purchasing Assistant for a client located in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity, and our client is looking to hire ASAP. A tactical candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset will be successful in this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier relations, supporting product development and sourcing, and keeping data consistently accurate. The Purchasing Assistant will have strong communication skills and will be customer service oriented. Experience in purchasing and procurement is highly encouraged. Food retail and grocery experience is also a plus.
