Distillery Fabrication Inventory Control

1st Shift, Monday-Friday

*Working knowledge and resume history of PVF (pipe, valve, and fittings) and IFS inventory management software is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

-Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.

-Organizes and arranges current inventory in a manner that is consistent with IFS and industry standards.

-Processes purchasing requisitions as required.

-Performs physical count of inventory.

-Assists Distillery Fabrication and Maintenance Departments with inventory transactions.

-Log daily inventory transaction activities in IFS.

-Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety, and audit standards.

-Work independently under limited supervision.

-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of experience. Previous experience in PVF (Pipe, Valve, and Fitting) inventory management preferred.

-Experience with inventory management software, IFS experience preferred.

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

-Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.

-Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

-Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lb.

-Frequent standing or sitting for long durations.
