This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

**Key Accountabilities**

* Must be able to correctly and safely use standard service equipment. Steam tables,

knives, chafing dishes

* Use of ServSafe practices for preventing cross contamination

* Use of ServSafe practices for common allergens

* Completion of additional cleaning and dishwashing assignments

* Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations

**Physical Demands & Work Environment**

* Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.

* Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.

* Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
